User Agreement for Shosi

Welcome to Shosi! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Shosi ("the App") provided by KURUMI SHOSI Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Shosi, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue your use of the App.  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shosi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.  

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility:  

You must be at least 17 years old to use Shosi. If you are under 17, you may use the App only with parental or guardian consent.  

2.2 License:  

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Shosi for personal, non-commercial purposes.  

2.3 Prohibited Activities:  

When using Shosi, you agree not to:  

• Violate any laws or regulations.  

• Use the App for fraudulent or harmful purposes.  

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.  

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.  

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Registration:  

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.  

3.2 Security:  

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at kurumi918choco@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized use.  

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within Shosi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by KURUMI SHOSI Team and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.  

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Shosi at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.  

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Shosi.  

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KURUMI SHOSI Team harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of this Agreement or misuse of Shosi.  

8. Changes to this Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be posted in the App. Continued use of Shosi after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.  

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
